Four go to outfit formulas to get you through the rest of winter

Four "go to" outfit formulas to get your through the rest of winter- that's a long title. But that's exactly what this is. Winter is wearing on many of you and inspiration may be lacking. You may be tempted to reach for the same sweater and jeans, but these formulas will get you through the last of winter with a little variety.  Many of you have a few weeks of winter left and it's uncertain for the rest of us. The next two days will be in the 80s for us and 70s most of next week here. That has everyone itching to transition to spring. Even if you want to transition to spring, you can still use these formulas by using spring colors.

1. Plaid top+ cream sweater+ grey jeans+ boots or booties

You can use this formula with a gingham top under your sweater too. A pastel gingham would be so spring like. The cream or white sweater lets your pattern button up and any accessories really pop. I have two of these agate necklaces from Immeasurably More  (one green and one blue) and I love them.

2. Cardigan+tunic top+velvet pants+booties

I also wore this formula here with the blue tunic. It's a very easy outfit to wear and put together. The tunics and velvet pants give it a little dressier vibe over tees and jeans. I'm also going to add here that I am in love with these Kendra Scott earrings. I got them for Christmas. I had them on my wish list and at first, I was questioning why I picked these, but once I found the right outfits to style them with, I fell in love.

3. Cardigan+plaid button up+jeans+boots

Another easy formula to repeat without repeating the same outfit. A different color cardigan and plaid top will change the whole outfit.

4. Cream or white sweater + vest+infinity scarf+jeans + boots

See this formula in use with a different vest and scarf HERE. This is a fun formula that can create multiple outfits depending on how many sweaters, scarves and vest you have. Feel free to sub a different color sweater or scarf.

There you go. These four formulas will get you through the rest of winter. If it's still really cold, you can layer pieces like these tops underneath for more warmth.
